”YOU/th facilitate!”- Youth exchange on development of youth leadership competences with special focus on facilitation skills regarding to KA1 Mobility projects of young people according to the proposals of E+ programme will be held in Satu Mare, Romania at 28 September - 4 October 2015 with 4+1 participants form each partner organization from Romania, Estonia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Latvia, Spain, Lithuania, Bulgaria and Hungary. The youth echange will be designed by experienced trainers’ team and the main focus will concentrate on the needs and expectations of participants. The programme flow will follow the non – formal educational approach, the methods will provide active participation of young people, youth leaders and inspire them through creative activities. The target group will be between 18 and 30, exactly the same people who then will facilitate international youth exchanges after this training course. Also one participant facing social obstacles from each country will participate in the project. So this training will provide all participants theoretical and practical inputs and activities, they can assess their competences and recognise what they need to improve in order to become a good facilitator. Then from a good facilitator, they can become a good employer or even an employee one day. During our training course we will focus on the improvement of such type of competences as learning to learn, intercultural competence, social and civic competence, sense of initiatives and entrepreneurship which all can be useful for being part of a society. Local level and regional level there will be articles and news in the local, regional newspaper and radio and television stations as information given from the project and Erasmus + programme in local languages before, during and after the YE. Then after the YE, participants will organise voluntary youth work activities for their peers and use the new educational methods and tools they learnt through their competence development. They will multiply Erasmus + programme with special focus on KA1 youth exchanges by using the methods as E+ puzzle and Quiz on youth exchanges. By their local young people, who are their target group, continue to work on invented youth projects with partners. Project proposals for international youth exchanges with quality aspect based on the organisational goals and personal learning needs will be presented in their network and involve other youth organisations being partners of different projects. Short movies from the Fairytale evening and Party with locals will be shown in different youth clubs and schools and uploaded to the webpages of each organisation. A DVD will be made which will include the results of the project and give it to the members of local government and the members of youth council in order to promote the importance of European youth work among young people with fewer opportunities. The DVD will include: Posters of the represented organisations; List of knowledge, skills and attitude of a facilitator; List of improvements of facilitation skills: what to do and not to do as a facilitator. Morning News on the DVD; Evening News: the biggest achievements of the YE shared by all participant; Recorded fairytale evening.
