Education in human rights and education for democratic citizenship go hand in hand with the objective shared the education for democracy. Both forms of education lead young people to acquire knowledge, define core values ​​and develop skills. Education for democratic citizenship, with the "citizen child" in sight, aims to make children active and responsible members of their communities. As for education on human rights, it favors the objective of men and women who promote equality, human dignity, participation and empowerment of all. Education in human rights registered citizenship among its key themes, while education for democratic citizenship is based on the values ​​of human rights. Whatever their differences, both approaches serve the development of democracy, human rights and peace. This project will bring together young leaders aged 18 to 21 years, enrolled or active in associations to gain knowledge then share with their peers. The activities are designed for their age and easily transferable. We draw on the knowledge and experiences of young people. The activities can be used with young people in their daily environment: schools, leisure centers, youth organizations or the adolescent camps. Some of these activities may even be practiced in the home environment. In general, young people will need no special skills to use the non-formal educational methodology that will allow them to properly manage the business. Different subjects will be discussed: Citizenship, Democracy, Discrimination, Education and leisure, Gender Equality, Poverty and Social Exclusion, Violence. We will follow non-formal educational methodologies, supported by the active participation of young people and their personal experiences. Participation and youth cooperation help achieve group cohesion and reduce biases between its members. They facilitate the understanding of complex concepts, improve the ability to solve problems and encourage creativity and practical approaches - which are important goals of education in human rights. Adults should avoid the trap of thinking that we, educators, are holders of the absolute truth. Young nourish the educational process their experiences, which should be actively exploited to arouse their interest and support their personal development. The problems and even conflicts should be seen as essential educational resources, which may be the subject of a positive assessment. We will use stories and situations from various regions and cultural backgrounds. This rich diversity offers young people the opportunity to reflect on crops to build a stable identity: they develop empathy and solidarity and understand their role in an action on a global scale. We focus in this project Young Leaders schools active in neighborhood associations to discuss education in human rights. At the end of the stay, a ceremony of ambassadors Certificate of Citizenship engaging young people to the respect of human rights in its immediate environment. Our partners come from Germany, Tunisia and Morocco all work with different audiences. But we have already worked together on training projects, exchanges and seminars. With its partners, we want to organize the exchange of youth 19 to 25 October 2015. It will bring together 40 participants. We have decided to organize this exchange in Casablanca (Morocco), to better experience the diversity and be close to our Mediterranean partners. We also want to give a chance to young Europeans to experience life in a country of the Mediterranean. This is an opportunity also to fight against prejudice. As this will allow us to maintain the link with the Mediterranean, especially during a time when religion is singled out with the fundamentalists.
