Our Project is for adult education staff who gives vocational training. Our instructors have vocational information and experiment about pedagogical teaching methods. For this reason, they use traditional education methods. However, “adult education” is a scientific teaching technique which has been studied for years. It intrinsically focuses which methods should be used for adult individuals during education. The efficiency of courses decreases because education technique used by educators intented for non-adult students. Besides, conflict between educators and adult individuals occurs. Our consortium, which is totally composed of Public Education Centers, has been established to measure these troubles. There will be education about “Fundamental Principles of Adult Education” with training program of the Project. There is no education program at schools in Turkey about Adult Education Sciences. Instructors in our Public Education Centers are vocational highschool teachers or have similar background. Thus, they know standart education techinques. After the project, participants, who learn principles of adult education, will use these methods in lectures. For this reason, new teaching techinques will be transfered to our country. Educations will be held in Sweden. Our host partner is an institution which gives vocational training to adults and other students.Our partner ,which has expert staff, is also experienced in European Union projects. Included our center, there are 4 partner institutions in the project. Mobility activities will continue 7 days including the travel sand 48 participants will join. Attention will be given to the equal participation of women educators. There will be 3 mobility activities and 16 person will be sent in each flow. When the project starts the promotion and information meetings will be held. After choosing the participants, preparation activities will be held. In preparation activities, with meetings, leaflets and materials the participants will be supported. Mobilities will include education, but also evening trips. During the project; press releases will be prepared, and local radio programs will be broadcasted. The efficiency of the project will be measured through surveys and monitoring activities. Surveillance reports will be prepared from the start of the project to the end and the process will be monitored. In the scope of dissemination activities, meetings will be held, project posters will be used, press releases and cds will be distributed. Board of Directors have the responsibility of executing the activities. The tasks of sending partners and hosting partner are determined. Our basic expectation at the end of the project is transferring the new teaching methods to our institutions and improving the perfection of instructors. The modern approaches that takes adults in center will be applied in courses that continues in adult education centers. Besides, the national and international institutional capacity of our centers will be improved.
