The adult education, including university and later has a different structure. First, the absence of compulsory education requires individuals to have the intrinsic motivation and studying with their requests. Adequacy and quality of adult education system; being able to produce the information, the new scientific discoveries and innovations that result from their failure to redeem and hence all the "modern" state remains a key factor in being able to (Miser, 2002). The training provided to adult subjects that affect their lives in a positive way, why in the minds and practices that encourage and why should not respond to the nature of the data. This is one of the alternative ways to meet the training needs that technology is the use of dramatization.The most common Google search engine in the world, according to statistics data of the most active countries that dramatization Australia, America, India, Canada and the Netherlands. The rapid growth in these countries is followed by Brazil and France (Google, 2013). The most common use of space technology applications in these countries are training for adults. In this sense, the organization needed to be project-job observation methods for training activities in the Netherlands for the application of innovative approaches are planned. These master trainers with our employees and our regular teacher assignments. Employee number and diversity of our teachers is limited. do more work on the theoretical aspects and practical points are insufficient. Master trainers are very active in the implementation and practical than their domain. However, they also technical methods and issues in the integration of innovation and use of technology are experiencing disadvantage. The number of participants is composed of 30 people, including 20 teachers and 10 master tutorial.The job will be done locally and abroad within the project monitoring practices. Dutch-job observation to be made at this point about innovation approaches and technology applications related to adult education and knowledge and achievements in line with the local integration and application will be made.Participants and results of the organization's projects experience a noticeable change in method of use and the transfer of related technology with innovative approaches will affect the audience directly. Adults will experience a more effective learning process of modernization and renewal of education. Institutional capacity developed and teachers' practice and will complete their training as people who are more qualified in educational training to be a strengthened a center of skills s success and motivation will increase should the country need labor market size. The employment chances of adults completed the training with assistance in the field of technological equipment will increase.
