The offered Project is designed and planned for developing the necessary areas to carry out effectively by school development management team. The diagnosted necessary areas are inadequate managment skills of new assigned management staff. Beside our newly constructed school need inovative and modern applications for better education. These findings, which were made by school management, create our project history. The aim of our Project is to create education and teaching atmosphere which supports the needs of the modern era and providing effective management process for teachers after qualified mobility activities of our staff. Our another aim to provide participants own personal development and skills related with their duties. The aim of our participants is to apply the gained skills for education and teaching process. Gaining advantage from this process for our students and obtaining new skills from new learning atmosphere is our basic aim. With this Project we intend to have qualified management and teaching staff in our school. The new developed skills will support to manage our school better and to give our students better education. With this aim two management staff and four highly motivated teachers who have goals were choosen by Project team. We are going to make mobility activities which aim to develop management skills and with the light of gained skills education schedule will be planned and these skills will be included teaching and learning process. The semiterm and monthly evaluations of aims and goals will be done project team during the project. The activities which will be done during twelve months are planned carefully and applying of Project is taken under serious control. Evaluation will be done by survey and reporting methods. The prewieved results of the Project are using leading schools, managment of schools, pedagojical development, human resources, strategy skills and creating new learning environments. The developing of views of the participant teachers on modern technlogy, furnuture inside school, future schools, learning environments and curricula will be provided to include teaching and learning environments. Also on all the tachers, students and families it is previewed that Europen dimension effect and learning foreign language desire. With help of comunication network of participants we are going to establish strategic partnerships to make projects on needed areas together. For long term it is previewed that being a preferred school both students, teachers and families. Also for the graduated children being preffered workers on their jobs is previewed. At end of that highly motivated Project with qualified management and qualified teaching and learning process as having New Management and New School we are planning to continue our teaching and learning life.
