When we take into consideration the observation and experience of our staff who gives trainings inside and outside the institution in recent years; it seems to be wasting our time and our resources which result in mostly inefficiency of the training. To continue to provide training with classical methods will overshadow the achievements of our school as well of students. In addition, conventional methods (classical education) and information is often very difficult to reach students are far from being permanent. At the same time students themselves, "they don’t feel a part of the training" for the education of quality, efficiency and sustainability are very low. As a result, being far from creativity and entrepreneurship the training can turn into a boring obligation. We aim to achieve with our project to use the right methods and techniques to get permanent, sustainable, internalized, efficient, inclusive and creative results when transferring the knowledge and skills to the individuals with the NFE methods and techniques. 12 participants +12 participants from Balikesir İstanbulluoğlu Social Sciences High School staff will attend the NFE Methods Course in Germany which will be held for 6 days and the New Learning Environments Course which will be held in Finland for 5 days; these participants will be selected (composed of) individuals who actively participate in the trainings inside and outside the institution in accordance with the selection criteria. Our goal; "Clearness to everyone, compliance with needs, sustainability, effectiveness, planning, innovation and development, openness, willingness, education everywhere, lifelong learning, scientific and integrity, collaboration and co-ordination" in line with the NFE principle, as our staff after trainings will be; -Within the scope of planned education goals, design and give trainings according to the needs and features of school and students -Prepare creative and continuing education opportunities for students to complete their weaknesses -Do works for production and employment and doing trainings for developing qualified skilled labor according to the individual characteristics and needs -Students in need of special education, according to their characteristics, allowing them to gain knowledge and skills in accordance with their individual competencies -Design of new / innovative learning and assessment activities -Identification and application of creative methods based on needs of students -Development and/or adaptation of educational materials in line with the possibility of the situation -Carry out educational programs for strengthening the development of students, as conscious citizens of democratic culture, thought, personality and abilities -Do works for individuals to be a good producer and a conscious consumer -Help students with lifelong learning approach; to have scientific, entrepreneurial, technological, economic, social, cultural development and acquire habits to use the free time in the best way and develop their talents -Ensure the development of a culture of cooperation and sharing knowledge, love, tolerance, dialogue, cooperation, respect for diversity in society -Develop shared European awareness among individuals -To increase inter-cultural interaction and communication skills -Discover our strengths and common things -Develop communication skills in Foreign languages -Explore the details of the Erasmus + program -Contribute to the development New Partnerships and project ideas Our project will consist of preparation, implementation, evaluation, visibility and dissemination activities. After approval of the project, 3 people- project management team will be set up and it will consist of individuals who will work in coordination with our partner in a way by the distribution of tasks after regular meetings they will carry out regular responsibilities according to needs and priorities. As a result, 12+12 (24) staff participating in the course of NFE Methods and New Learning Environments Course all units through the staff, in subsequent years, will design and give courses, seminars, trainings and briefings in accordance with the training they receive; thus while transferring the knowledge and skills to the students using the right methods and techniques permanent, sustainable, internalized, efficient, inclusive creative results will be reached without wasting our resources and time.
