The aims of this study are to enhance the competence of trainees to the highest level, to improve the quality of teaching and education, to increase students and trainees’ success, to improve the environment and the duration of education and to increase student and institution’s , success. Five teachers(4 primary teachers, 1 English teacher) were determined as participants.During determining needs, primary school teachers’ opinions of instructional strategies, methods and techniques scale and the self-efficacy perceptions of teachers as regardes problem based learning approach scale were used to obtain quantitative and qualitative data. In line with analysis of data obstained from this study and the targets of EU 2020, we determined our own targets. Besides this, it contributes to improve trainees’ language competence , to use information technologies actively, to adapt community of training and being a part of it, to share opinions and active technics and to improve cooperation skills to use different opportunities, constructivist approach based learning, to acquire and internalize education philosophy. It is estimated that this course contributes to enhance trainees’ level of readiness, self confidence and so trainees’ tend to fall in any other projects.
