Our activity, which is an Erasmus+ Leonardo da Vinci project, was developed by Çukurova Chemisty Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, Canik Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, Kazım Karabekir Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, Elvanköy IMKB Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and Gürpınar IMKB Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. These 5 schools are the participant sending institutions of our project.Our project is developed via improving the project developed by Gürpınar IMKB Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School last year, which was not entitled to receive a grant.11 students from each school and 55 students in total will participate in training mobility. Participants of the project will be chosen from the 11 and 12th grade students of Biomedical Device Technology departments in our schools.Developing technology, in addition to the invention of new device types, redesigns existing devices continuously, in order to make them more suitable for the new medical applications and the calibrations these applications require, and to maket hem more efficient. Therefore our trainig programmes, on the installation, maintenance and calibration, which were created according to the relatively older devices become insufficient.We aim that our students will obtain the current knowledge about the installation, maintenance and calibration of the newest biomedical devices by participating applicational trainings in our hosting organizations. Therefore they will be competent on these new devices.We want to improve Biomedical Device Technology training programmes of our schools by working on the training programmes and educational materials sent by hosting organizations and making them permenant in our institutions.Our students will participate applicational trainings and social-cultural activities offered by SPSE and Roc Ter AA, for 3 weeks.There will be preparatory educations to which participant students will attend, before the mobility.The observations made by our accompanying teachers on the hosting organizations will be used in order to improve executional, educational and social activities of our schools.Our project will be executed by our school, Çukurova Chemistry Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School which is the consortium coordinator institution. Our domestic partner schools will participate in the project concertedly with our school. The project-related activities of hosting organizations will be supervised by our school, too.Our project will improve English language skills of the participant students, they will be competent on installation, maintenance and calibration of the newest biomedical devices and they will obtain certificates documenting their competence.It is possible to improve biomedical device industry of our country with the help of intermediate stuff, raised by our schools, who are well equipped with the current knowledge on the newest devices.
