They wanted a follow up of the first project, and to develop it they invited two more countries to join. The objectives of the exchange is to learn about and compare food and traditions in the four involved countries. We will have a special focus on the traditions in the hosting country, and use this as a tool to discuss and share experinces and knowledge with each other. Another important objective is of course the mulicultural dimension in the life of youngsters from different regions in Europe. Improving social skills is also important in general. By focuisng on food and traditons we will also have the opportunity to learn more about healthy lifestile. In the end this objetives are a tool in the work to increase multicultural awarness amongst youngsters, and rise respect and tolerance between different cultures. It`s a small, but still important step in right direction working against racism and xenophobia. Hopefully this project will broaden the horizon of the participants involved, and also make impact on the people around the participants as family, friends etc.
