The project YaW- Youth at Work- deepen the concept Youth Employment in an informal and free. The project aims to promote the fundamental values of the EU, to provide opportunities for non-formal and informal learning with a European dimension, to identify possible responses to youth employment. Participants will discuss fact of vocational guidance, employment and employability, entrepreneurship, acquisition of key competencies considered essential to enable young Europeans fail to be realized not only in modern society and in today's labor market, but also on a personal level. The objectives of the project are therefore: to acquire critical skills and constructive with respect to the issues addressed (employment, job orientation, entrepreneurship) - Experimenting with a group of citizens services for acquisition, development and recognition of skills, creating the conditions for their concrete benefit, that are themselves promoters of experience, aiming for professional development. The exchange is open to Italian boys / girls and 8 Romanian boys / girls with an aged between 18 and 30 years. The two groups involved in the project will work with informal methods - comparisons, processes, budgets of their own and others' experiences, discussions, games, role-playing, visits to the city - and will discuss the training and work experiences, telling and telling, participating in the experiential paths of each and focusing on one's own subjectivity and experience, all to facilitate comparison and discussion on issues relating to labor and employment, as the guiding thread of all activities. The exchange will thus have a positive impact on young people as protagonists and witnesses of the experience and the community because the results will be disseminated on the territories of the associations involved (Entropia Association - Italy; ATPDSC Association - Romanian).
