In this century, health care systems and the education of health sector have undergone so many compulsory changes due to technological innovations, demographic changes and huge collection of knowledge. The vision of nursing embodies new roles in the aspects of both protective and therapeutic means. Our project includes health services such as care of old people or the handicapped which have been regarded as two disadvantageous groups. Taking care of patients is a difficult concept for the health care staff. However, taking care of the old and mentally disordered individuals is even more challenging and requires education and knowledge at full capacity. In this respect, while trying to identify the topic for the project, we collected the vies of administrative staff and the instructors of the field and decided to prepare the current project in order to provide vocational mobility to create internship opportunities for nursing students.
