The project I CAN was designed for fewer opportunities young people and youth workers. It is a training course. There will be 37 participants in the project from 8 different countries. The project aimed at increasing self confidence and social skills of disadvantaged young pople and by this way to adapt them to labor market. In the project team work, simulations, role play, discussions, brain storming, card sorting, fish bowl, culture night, creative drama methods will be used. At the end, it is aimed the participant organizations are more skilled about serving disadvantaged young people and the disadvantaged young people are more self confident. In local the project will increase awareness about youth work and skills you can take.
