The project entitled "The Improvement of Pedagogical Competences and Organizational Skills of the Staff of Paderewski Private Grammar School in Lublin" responds to the needs of the school for training in the perspective of life-long learning. The project involves the implementation of mobilities to Germany , Ireland and Spain in order to acquire the competencies needed to improve the organization of school, methodological and linguistic competences of its teachers ; and to emphasize the international dimension of the school. The project beneficiaries are the teachers of Paderewski Private Grammar School selected on the basis of diagnosis of their needs and personal goals, skills and experience. The results of the project will increase the competence of the participants in terms of: communication in the English language , the use of modern methodology of work with the students , including ICT tools , time management, organization and stress management skills, solving problems creatively and a creative approach to the lessons, openness to new experiences. In further perspective, the outcomes of the project will also increase the satisfaction of students, parents and teachers with the attractiveness and effectiveness of the lessons, the atmosphere in the school and the European dimension of school. Long-term benefits will include a well-established international co-operation and good practice permanently implemented in our organization. All the results of the project will be promoted and disseminated through training meetings with teachers in our schools, workshops and lectures at conferences for other teachers, information on the school website and facebook.
