The project is about students' traineeship abroad. It deals with preparing and sending 12 students for a two-week professional training within different eating places located in Leipzig in Germany. The participants are students of the age 16-19. They are learners of nutrition and food services classes in the School of Agricultural Training Centre in Janów. The School is also the Sending Organisation.The Receiving Organisation name is Vitalis, located in Schkeuditz nearby Leipzig in Germany. Vitalis has got a significant experience as a hosting organisation. It is expected that the project will bring a relevant influence on learning and professional developing process among all students of our school. It will enrich them by some important knowledge and increase their future mobility in a labour market.The project will enable our gastronomy students to improve their vocational qualifications and opportunities, enhance their self-esteem, communication and practical language skills. Also, the youngsters will know about German companies and their methods of organisation. Moreover, they will learn German and European culture and promote intercultural dialogue.
