The project was designed to allow teachers from LO Lubliniec to acquire additional knowledge and skills useful in their professional and personal development. There are 11 participants of the project. Project’s core activity is to organize trip to Cyprus, in order to familiarize participants of the project with Cypriot education system, teaching methodology and to allow their participation in specialized language courses. Participant are to review the organization of education, teaching methodology, as well as new ways of working. The project responds to the needs of teachers, as well as broadens their professional qualifications. The exchange program includes visits to schools, as well as methodological centers. The exchange planned aims at participants familiarization with the organization and structure of Cypriot educational institutions, as well as learning in regards to administration, ways of working with students and bilingual teaching. The project involves the exchange / language courses for a group of 11 persons. Scheduled date of the exchange: February 2016. The duration of the exchange: one week. The objectives of the project are: - Exchange of experiences, - Promotion of innovative ways of working - Establishing direct international cooperation - Comparison of Polish and Cypriot education system - Acquisition of new professional qualifications and language competences - Knowledge of Cypriot culture - Knowledge of innovative solutions referring to teaching and school management
