A regional partnership between three key womens organizations from Scotland, Northern Ireland and the border county of Donegal to address the continuing under representation of women in decision making fora and the development of policies to address this issue.The project includes a range of interventions at local, national and across borders, including training, advocacy, strengthening of civic networks and support for women taking leadership roles. The project proposes to work in collaboration with public sector organizations to enhance the role and participation of women in decision making and to positively impact on public service delivery.
