The main goal of the project is to give an opportunity for implementation of young people's own initiatives, to involve them to the activities and life of partner organizations and to deepen the international cooperation in the area of women's rights, prevention of discrimination of ethnic minorities, social exclusion. The project includes two main activities of EVS. The first activity is EVS of Czech volunteer in Georgian partner organization and implementation of her own initiative connected with local Roma comunity. The second activity is EVS of Georgian volunteer in NESEHNUTÍ where he will implement his own planned activites connected with transfering good practice within the volunteering and participation of people on the democratic processes. EVS enables to both volunteers to get the experiences in the topics and issues that they are interested in within the international context. They will also develope organizational skills, personal, social competences and communicational skills. The project enables to get relevant contacts for their future cooperation, network of people, volunteers in partner organizations or other organizations in countries. Generaly the project opens the closer international cooperation in concrete topics, develops marginalised topics, contributes to transfer of know how between Czech Republic and Georgia and supports longterm partnership, international network of volunteers. The volunteers will transfer the experiences to other people through the following activities that they are planning after the EVS in their countries and they can also develope other international projects within the topic they are interested in.
