In Molcad, a village in Belarus 28 participants of the international youth exchange „We give us a laugh“ jump into new roles. Supported by the circus-, and theater educators of Circus Cabuwazi they develop their own show and organise the performance themselves. They can discover new roles in the manyfold musicaly, creative and movement-orientaded activities. They will improve their perception, ccordination and their tactile senses. The team collaboration will be fostered. Through the mutual work towards the performance, the participants will become active in the field of arts as well as in the fields of strategy, arrangement and event management. Through this they gain vocational competences. The participants will evolve cognitive and motor functional competences, learning competences, self iniative and entrepreneurship competences, cultural awareness and cultural expression. Through the discovering of their own exellence, weakness, skills and disposititons the learn process is stimulated at which the development of key competences will be fostered.
