The Winning the Game! project stimulates entrepreneurial learning to youngsters with fewer opportunities, coming from rural areas.The objectives of Winning the Game! are:- To increase the mobility of 90 youngsters with fewer opportunities in 1 APV and 2 youth exchanges.- To bring 45 long-term unemployed youngsters (more than 6 months, aged 18 - 25) together in the first exchange and exchange 'social entrepreneurship in each partner country'.- To let the participants of the first exchange organise an activity for 50 youngsters (aged 13-30) together with the partner organisations during an interim period with the theme 'social entrepreneurship'.- To bring 45disadvantaged youngsters aged 14 - 22 together in the second exchange and exchange best practices regarding social entrepreneurship and to stimulate entrepreneurial learning.- To create and disseminate 15 video tutorials on how social entrepreneurship and taking initiative can be stimulated for youngsters coming from rural areas.- To create and disseminate a booklet to 400 external organisations with tips and tricks for long-term unemployed youngsters coming from rural areas on how to become more entrepreneurial.Winning the Game! contains 3 activities for 120 mobilities:Activity 1, APV. June, 2016Activity 2, exchangeVenue: Hostel Levicki, Slavonski Brod,CroatiaDates: 18 June – 26 June, 2016Activity 3, exchangeVenue: Youth hostel Zadar, Zadar, CroatiaDates: 1 September– 8 September, 2016The basic element of each activity is entrepreneurial learning, one can learn only entrepreneurship by doing and practicing it, therefore we will make use of role play activities, case studies, research and investigations in the community, simulation games, problem solving and media assignments (video tutorials). In the APV we will mainly make use of dialogue and debate in sub-groups and give presentations of best practices and experience.The method for the first exchange is mainly dialogue, sharing best practices and comparing situations in each country, funding possibilities and recognizing opportunities in the labour market.The method for the second exchange is mainly living and working together, creating own projects/activities and implementing them.As a result of Winning the Game! we will create:- 15 video tutorials on how social entrepreneurship and taking initiative can be stimulated for youngsters coming from rural areas. - A booklet which will be spread to 400 external organisations with tips and tricks for long-term unemployed youngsters coming from rural areas on how to become more entrepreneurial.- An activity organised by the participants in the first exchange on the theme ‘social entrepreneurship’ for 50 youngsters, aged 13-30 in each local environment.The sustainable impact of Winning the Game! will be new approaches towards social entrepreneurship by the partners to educate youngsters coming from rural areas on how to become more entrepreneurial and how to take more initiative. These approaches will be shared and spread on a local and regional level by each partner.
