Erasmus Project + is the next step in the development of European Union Complex of Schools in Boronow which includes kindergarten, primary school and secondary school. Our school's priority for years is effective teaching of foreign languages from an early age, modern teaching of using information technology and the use of innovative, European teaching methods. The aim of the project is therefore the use of innovative teaching and training of students, which will allow us to improve the educational outcomes, to improve the results of external examinations and to make our students have the chance to learn in a modern European school. What's involved primarily is the training of teachers in the field of English proficiency. Courses abroad will help teachers acquire liquidity and linguistic correctness, the correct accent and intonation. The results of English exams in junior high school were not good in recent years. The main reason is the lack of student motivation and lack of the interest of their parents. Our students from rural areas, the farming families do not have the opportunity to participate in language classes because of the financial resources. Our priority is multilingualism. We want to help language teachers achieve better learning outcomes so we are going to introduce English language elements from early age into 4 stages of education on the different subjects. It will make students appreciate the advantages of knowledge, motivate them to learn, feel more valued and they will not feel the difference and educational disadvantage and social exclusion while going to high schools in cities, they will also have the chance to choose the more prestigious schools. Therefore, it is important to provide sufficient training in the field of conducting CLIL methodology that will achieve our aims and objectives. Four teachers from different educational stages will take part in the courses in the UK : 1 teacher of pre-school education, 1 teacher of early childhood education, 1physical education teacher and 1 English / IT teacher. After completed courses, the teachers will introduce elements of English at pre-school classes, because the most important is learning foreign language from an early age, and so starting from the 3-4-year-olds - the children will learn vocabulary related to the thematic block each week, early childhood education, because at this stage there is a combination of subjects, so that vocabulary may affect different areas of life-students will learn vocabulary related to the topic of the day, physical education because the movement and learning of everyday vocabulary is the best combination-students at primary school will learn vocabulary and phrases concerning physical exercises, and information technology, because the computer is an everyday reality of our lives, and English language is omnipresent in this area-middle school students will learn words and phrases related to information technology. We are going to continue introducing language elements in the coming years, in the same groups and classes. Another important goal of this project is to learn other new methods of teaching using ICT, used in European countries, and use this knowledge on the basis of our workplace. For our school it will be extremely important because it will help to achieve better learning outcomes, improve the situation of young people in the European labor market and will provide the European dimension of school education. Participation in the program will also allow our institution for the implementation of international projects on various topics and at different stages of education, to establish international contacts with other schools, for participation in KA2 action, as well as contribute to improving the quality of school work and allow our school to take an active part in the life of a united Europe. We are convinced, that an intensive language training from an early age students from rural areas will equalize educational opportunities with peers from European Union countries, and thus allows to find a better job in a growing Europe. Skillful use of ICT tools will have an influence in the future of our school's educational platform and preparing lessons on-line.
