The project will be realized two trips the students (September / October 2016. and 2017.) On a three-week placements in enterprises in Lithuania in the industries in line with the students' chosen by the education profile. The project participants will be pupils of technical school with the Team of Technical Schools and School No. 4 in Lomza (two trips - the two groups of students 25 people + 2 teachers: a total of 50 students and 4 teachers) about the profiles of the vocational training techniques, nutrition and food services, techniques, hospitality, construction technician. Teachers besides taking care of the participants practice and professional supervision duties performed implemented at the same time the so-called mobility will take place. In order to broaden their knowledge, learn new methods of working in the field of vocational training and other forms of work organization and exchange of experience.The main objectives of the project are:- Improvement of key competencies of students, including language competence, especially English language training;- Development of new and raising the level of skills in the area of vocational training;- Intensive learning through active experience: other forms of work organization, new methods of teaching and learning, innovative solutions in the industry sector, using a foreign language, coping in a culturally different working environment;- Modernization of vocational education through the exchange of good practices and results, and the use of European tools to facilitate the recognition and transfer of qualifications;- Improving the quality, innovation and internationalization of the educational institution;Foreign internships are a valuable source of experience, knowledge and contacts for schools, giving insight into the management system of vocational training and solutions used by the Lithuanian partner, which will be reflected in the quality of school management. The project will contribute to the promotion of vocational education. Experience of cooperation with foreign partners also have a direct impact on improving the quality of practical training, enriching the educational offer and promote the same school. In the longer term comes to expanding foreign contacts made in regional cooperation, strengthening and expanding international cooperation in the field of vocational education especially professional profiles: gastronomy, hospitality and construction.Several weeks practice for foreign students is an invaluable source of new opportunities: to develop their skills, improve competence, acquisition of skills, learn in a new environment and working culture (acquired knowledge will be confirmed by granting participants Europass Mobility), the acquisition of the so-called. soft skills. Foreign internships it access to new technologies and other solutions and concepts of work in the area of vocational education. The whole experience gained at the foreign partner affects not only the level of knowledge and skills a student but motivates, gives students a sense of their own capabilities and thus makes an important contribution to the further course of learning paths.
