In the field of beauty-care and wellness the partners investigate and exchange in each others countries the differences and communalities of the technical and cultural aspects of their work. They learn from each other and implement the outcomes in their own situation. All the partners will be visited by a group of their colleagues from the other participating countries. During this visit they make an inventory of specific culture related matters in the wellness field and make a list. So comparing between the participating countries is possible. Examples can be; How do people handle shyness, male – female, what are new trends, hygienic prescriptions and regulations …They exchange good practises and discuss implementation in their own praxis. The results will be that each partner enlarges its network, gets information about the education system and levels in beauty and wellness in the different countries, discover new trends and will be inspired to use and implementate these discoveries in their own curricula so that it is more European adjusted.For the mobilities we have chosen for teachers. Students also have an important role in the project, but they don't travel in this project. During the meetings in their own country they show new skills by using the visiting teachers as models, do presentations and discuss relevant matters with the visitors.
