Context Development of digital tools and birth of social networks enables to consider new forms of participation of young in current citizen matters. Concept of Webtrotteurs aims to train young people to multimedia realisation techniques as well as journalistic techniques with an objective of speech and citizen committment. Applying this concept to Mediterranean young people, with the help of Erasmus + programm, Uban Prod wants to reinforce and develop the first young web-reporters network around Mediterranea. This Youth Exchange mobility project belongs to the global project of Webtrotteur network development. Since January 2015, project enabled : - creation of an animation platform with online courses about citizen journalism - organize workshops in four countries : Lebanon, Tnisia, Marrocco, Italy. Workshops about writing techniques and photography. - Organize a forum for lauching the network in Marseille, which means a real institutionnal consideration Erasmus + mobility project will enable to complete the citizen journalism training for young people , offering us audiovisual contents workshops. Thanks to this new skill, young people reinforce their ability of citizen participation and analysis of information. Learning video and report techniques are necessary tools for all the future citizen journalist. Goals of the project Main objectives of this youth exchange project are : - give to young people a new way of expression about society thanks to workshops dealing with video reports - Win new skills related to conception, realisation and broadcast of a audiovisueal project in a participative approach - Discover and start a reflection in an intercultural context about topics around environment, diversity, freedom of speech and borders. - Invite each young to inform and express themselves and share their vision of society Number and profiles of participants : 34 participants, 9 professionals, 25 young from 5 different countris : Lebanon, Tunisie, Morocco, France, Italy. We wish working with young with less opportunities to reboost their motivation, image of themselves, self-confidence and confidence in others as well as their ability to communicate. Description of activities : After launch of animation platform, first step of young training and launch of the network, this youth exchange has been created to enable young from the program and partener countries to meet each other, exchange, live together during 8 days, incluing preparatory time and meeting week. During this week, different activities will be propose - intercultural meetings - feedbacks of Webtrotteur network experiment - sound, video, ediiting workshops - creation of reports on social topics (still about environment, diversity, freedom of speech, borders) - prize giving Methodology to be used in carrying out the project : Organisation of a workshop programm and sharing expertise for and with youth from partners countries. The project is based on the participation and the responsability of every participant, in ordre to explore different aspects of community media, medium that we consider a real lever to cousciousness and mean of expression.
