The project “WE – West and East” is a partnership building activity. The leading partner of project is Plattform Generation Europa from Austria. The activity will be implemented in Jordan, Amman – from 26th to 31st of July, 2015. The activity involves eight partner organizations from Austria, Jordan, Bulgaria, Tunisia, Hungary, Poland, Palestine, Portugal and Romania. Each organization will be represented by two people who are directly working with EVS projects. The main objectives of project are: • Establish long term cooperation between organizations from Europe and MENA region; • Share experience, good practices, as well as methods and tools related to different aspects of EVS (evaluation of learning objectives, youthpass etc.); • Learn how to cope with crisis situations and to explore tools for crisis management and crisis resolution in intercultural environment; • Provide space and time for developing new project ideas and setting up new partnerships; • Enhance mobility of youth workers from Europe and MENA region by providing opportunity to develop their competencies in another country and share their experiences between colleagues. • Explore realities and needs of MENA region countries in EVS context. The activity will have significant impact on partner organizations as one of course issues in EVS projects are effective communication. This activity will allow for potential partners to meet and discuss detailed project activities.
