The project "We are young Europeans. Let's discover each other!" was an exchange with young people from Albania, Czech Republic, Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine. The aim of the exchange was to increase the sense of European identity of young Europeans coming from different countries both historically and culturally, increase sense of relationship with Europe and the EU, and to integrate young people in a spirit of unity and openness in Europe. 42 young people took place in this project who were aged 18 - 25 and who had been selected in the open recruitment for all interested (each national group consisted of 6 people, including 1 team leader, as well as people with fewer opportunities who are struggling with economic, cultural and geographical problems ). The project allowed to discover and emphasize common features of participants, and make reflections on how to use constructively the fact what we - Young people are different from each other, bearing in mind that each of us is European and in the same way he or she is responsible for the future of Europe. A large number of partners from culturally and historically different three regions of Europe - Central and Eastern Europe and the Balkans was the innovativeness of the project . The project used a rich non-formal methods of work such as teamwork, workshops word cafe, interactive presentations and multimedia, ice breaking, various energizers, the terrain game corresponding with the theme of the project, quizzes, oxford-style debate, and also prepared by each national group intercultural evenings, which were a great opportunity to present the history, culture and traditions of individual countries. In addition, the acquisition and improvement of a broad spectrum of competence by its participants was also the effect of the project, which contributed to the positive stimulation of participants' personal development. Partner organizations and project participants had a chance to share good practices in the sector of youth. The project was consistent with the goals, objectives and priorities of the Erasmus +. It contributed to the promotion of European values among participants, European and national public opinion. This was possible thanks to a wide spectrum of activities showing the visibility of the project and promoting Erasmus +. The project placed a strong emphasis on further cooperation between participants and partner organizations.
