Resource Centre Leskovac from Serbia will, as hosting organization, together with its partners from FYROM/Macedonia, Portugal, Lithuania, Turkey, Azerbaijan and Poland, organize a youth exchange named “We are all human!” for 35 participants aged 17-25 in order to promote intercultural dialogue and creation of inclusive society through theatre and non-verbal communication. Participants of youth exchange will create a theatre performance related to promotion of multiculturalism and interethnic/intercultural dialogue but without words as well as 5 short videos on fight against discrimination of any kind. Objectives of youth exchange are: • To promote intercultural dialogue and tolerance among youth from partner countries by using different methodologies (non-formal education, interactive participation, equal opportunities for everyone principle)• To support development of grassroots engagement of young people in order to stimulate critical thinking with the aim to find solution for problems that occur in local communities• To stimulate capacity building of young people in order to strengthen their position in society and local communities by offering them information, experiences and education• To strengthen youth activists with different backgrounds (ethnic, religious) to act as multipliers in raising awareness and promoting knowledge related to intercultural dialogue, human and minority rights, principles of tolerance and coexistence• To share experiences and learning by doing and reflect on participants’ experiencesActivities will be divided into preparation phase which will include APV, realization phase which will include different activities and events and evaluation. Using different working methods participants will experience process of principles such as dialogue, mutual understanding, giving constructive feedback, decision making and self-exploration.
