The project is based on three previous projects’ results, which have developed an on-line programme aiming at developing personal skills in public and private sector. This project aims at developing further the results by creating new initiatives within the retail and public sector. Target groups are teachers, managers, co-workers in the retail and public sector. The objectives of this project are: (1) To gain understanding and develop awareness of diversity and intercultural skills (2) To develop tools and tests to promote understanding of organisational culture and awareness of intercultural competence and diversity (3) To develop learning modules combining on-line and face-to-face learning (4) To implement and test modules in 5 EU-countries (5) To develop teachers’ capacity in producing on-line learning material. The project is matching labour market demand for intercultural skills and diversity management and learning. The outcomes of the project include a website, Blended Learning training programme, methodological booklet and a range of dissemination material and tools. Dissemination of information and products include a website, information booklets, articles in journals, seminars, workshops, conferences and national dissemination activities through partners networks.
