This project reflects the need and requirement of availability of a comprehensive training programme that would enable the provision of vocational education in business in the country with a special focus on breeding and use of horses and at the same time would allow for adequate preparation as an essential prerequisite for the successful completion of the tests for verification of eligibility for vocational qualifications with linked to occupations approved under the National qualifications Framework , and horse breeder (code : 41-017 - H ) and evaluator of horses (code : 41-002 - M ) , in accordance with the law 179/2006Sb .
Therefore, the aim of the project is to provide mobility and transfer of foreign knowledge and practical experience in the area of training and evaluation for breeding horses that become the basis for innovation and expansion of existing training programs as well as for the design and development of a new training program in line with international trends . The current project will allow more accurate comparisons and possibly professional qualification standards for the profession and familiarization with the process of tests and certification system abroad .
Project involves teachers / trainers - is expected about 20 people who are members of a wide teaching staff ASCHK CR. The selection will be designed so that the target group included lecturers and teachers from all relevant areas of expertise related to the rearing and use of horses, and workers ASCHK CR providing management, design, preparation, organization and implementation of vocational training programs - a prerequisite for about 4 persons having experience the preparation of educational events and sufficient methodological and pedagogical teaching knowledge.
All participants assumed a knowledge of English or possibly other languages. During the selection will be taken into account a willingness to cooperate on the objectives and outcomes of the programme and perspective more active cooperation in ensuring teaching, design and preparation of new training programs, the introduction of progressive methods of teaching and updating training and certification documents. In total mobility / internship will take part in 24 participants divided into two groups of 12 participants with 6 days work program and the planned implementation within 1 year of the approval of the project.
Internship Programme will be implemented by the Italian organization The World Haflinger Breeding and Sport Federation, the world overarching organization of all breeding organizations Haflinger horses in the world. This organization proposes, among other things, prepares and implements vocational training programs and projects for breeders and evaluators to ensure the horses and develop their professional competence and thereby supports to ensure harmonization of breeding standards.
The project will mainly new proposal system of training and education for the professions horse breeder and horse evaluator in accordance with European trends, including existing innovation, further increasing the capability and competence of teachers, trainers and organizers for the implementation of education for the professional and educational qualifications and more accurate evaluation standards and implementation process of verification of eligibility, which may allow for greater labor mobility in the European labor market due to comparable qualification standards for those occupations.
The project at the same time meet the needs of the market for increasing competitiveness and employment, creating conditions for international cooperation and conditions for proper and harmonious development of the horse in accordance with the principles of welfare and thus to the development of the cultural environment in the sector of horses in the country.
