School of applied arts prepares students for practice in the field of arts or for further study of art. This project was first within the Erasmus+ programme -KA1 Mobility project for VET learners and staff. From the project we expected short-term, medium-term and long-term betterment on individual and school level. We wanted to raise the level of students independent preparation and motivate them in higher effort. We wanted to establish cooperation with new organizations abroad and achieve better employment of our students. The mobility attended 29 students, 8 of them in vocational school and 21 worked in organizations, and 1 teacher, which worked in international cultural center. The attendees were chosen by interest and abilities - students were chosen in cooperation with English teachers, vocational teachers, the headmistress, deputy headmasters and project coordinator. We considered grades, attendance and personal characteristics. Only one teacher registered for the mobility. Within three weeks became the students acquainted with work and operating processes in organizations, with different cultural environment and new software. The teacher learned about all managerial aspects of work in cultural center. Execution of the mobility fulfilled all of our expectations. Most organizations went well beyond the agreed conditions and mediated to the students and teachers managerial and marketing experiences implicated by concrete marketing and advertising projects.
