PROJECT
FINISHED
The project "Vzajenmosti" (Reciprocities) will take place in the town of Lovran in Croatia in the period 12 - 22 July 2015 as a project of ERASMUS +, youth mobility program with the participation of a total of 60 young people aged 13-18 from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ireland and Croatia.
The project was based on the need for increased self-confidence and self-esteem of young people in communicating and presenting their knowledge and skills and this need has become our goal at the same time. As other project objectives we set to learn reciprocally about our culture, customs and traditions, improve the level and quality of active communication in English.
Thanks to the joint artistic interests and abilities to express ourselves through singing, painting, dancing, acting and music we will mutually get acquainted, we will make new friends and we will hone our skills and abilities. Active approach, creativity and the ability of mutual artistic expression of each of the participants in this project plays a very important role in learning not only about each other but also about ourselves. Each project partner country has its typical and distinctive folklore, customs and cultural traditions which we will reciprocally learn about and which will lead us to mutual tolerance of our cultural differences at the same time.
The aim of our project is to develop our skills and abilities, strengthen our confidence and self-esteem, become acquainted with each other, interact and get to know about different cultures, characteristics and mentality of our partners. Through joint activities we will know how young people from other European Union countries live and we will also find out what we ourselves look like through their eyes.
For the final outcome of the exchange we would like to rehearse together and show a multi-genre performance - Flashmob - with songs and artistic motifs of the four participating states.
We believe that "Reciprocities" will help us to improve our key skills and allow all participants to learn about and improve their weaknesses. “Reciprocities“ will significantly expand all participants´ perspectives and insight and make them more competitive in the choice of further studies, or their future employment.
