VVV - Valorisation of the Value of Volunteering

This seminar aims at improving the quality of EVS projects by creating the basis for valorising the experience of EVS and for giving a specific value to volunteering. During the seminar the participants will elaborate guidelines that will allow every EVS experience to have the maximum impact on local level and to valorise the experience of every youngster. They will also exchange experiences and strengthen and build partnerships. The seminar has as a starting point the idea that valorising EVS experience and the European Volunteers' return will strengthen their European awareness, their sensibility towards volunteering and their involvement in the civil society and active citizenship. Venue: Pavia. Duration of activities: 5 days.Countries involved: Italy, Belgium, Lithuania, Portugal, Malta, Hungary, Germany, Poland, France, Spain, Latvia, Estonia, United Kingdom, Austria. Number of participants: 24 participants, 4 trainers and 2 staff.Implemented activities and methods applied: during the seminar there will activities for building the group and for working on specific issue concerning the guidelines. Working groups and brainstorming methodologies will be applied at most. There will be exchange of practices, presentations and group discussions as well.
