VTeCOACH project aimed at developing a professional competences assessment framework addressed to vocational training learners that, based on the philosophy of coaching and a 360º evaluation system, provides specific action recommendations aimed at improving wicked competences. The project consortium covered the existing gaps on ICT-based methodologies for assessing the so called wicked competences.The project directly addressed the recommendations of the European Strategy 2020 regarding the need of ensuring the “personal, social and professional fulfilment of all citizens; sustainable economic prosperity and employability”. In order to achieve these goals, it is necessary to provide VET learners and teachers with specific tools, adapted to the new labour market requirements and flexible enough to be scalable and updated according to the evolution of the VET systems and markets.
