VSI will host a multilateral youth exchange involving young people from Hungary, Italy, France and Ireland. The theme of the project is Sustainable Living and Youth. The project will be hosted at an organic farm and environmental centre in rural Cork near Macroom. There will be a full programme of workshops, cultural visits, team building activities, mini volunteering projects and social and touristic visits in the region.The theme of sustainability will be explored in a unique and dynamic way, through the creation of a "Sustainability Village" on the grounds of Leade's House.The young people will explore the themes of the exchange through talks, workshops, visits and meetings with appropriate groups in the area, simulation and drama, dance, arts, group discussions, films and exhibitions. They will bring info and ideas from their countries and communities to the exchange. The progress of theproject will be filmed and the final product will be shown at a date after the exchange.
