We offer the volunteers a frame around competencies in the development of a fair Europe to develop . Our volunteers are working on various projects involving youth services . The Youth Services makes their day job european . The highlight of each activity there will be a joint activity , the festival " Volunteers go for fair europe " . Teenagers in Jena provides information about opportunities for European mobility and informal learning and become active . The festival is gaining notoriety. Our European volunteers learn skills informally . We expect 9 volunteers from six European countries. We have ensured that the volunteers come from all different European regions and include both Eastern , Western, Northern and Southern Europe represented. We expect 5 female and 4 male volunteers . The volunteers work in 8 different recording projects. There they are involved in the work of the projects. They enrich the activities by own projects. Our project , the festival " Volunteers go for fair europe " will prepare and carry out the volunteers together. We are with the volunteers initially make a weekend seminar to discuss the individual project content. The volunteers will work together with us and their recording project the festival. They will carry out their own workshops that show especially their work in recording projects, but will also include the cultural background of their home country . The festival is conducted on a weekend in June 2015. Volunteers will prepare their own responsibility workshops, take the advertising for this festival in his hand and looking for ways on how they can achieve as much as possible past, present, and future volunteers from Germany .We will meet periodically with the volunteers and tutors host projects to prepare for this festival. This also includes a weekend seminar in a hostel outside of Jena. We will also be daily through social networking media in contact. We participate in this project from the beginning with the volunteers together! This festival will achieve different effects. For one, the volunteers involved will develop through the organization and implementation of the festival special abilities. You will learn how to organize an event in the team, they will take over and perform tasks responsible. The success of the festival will give them motivation for future projects and improve their self -confidence. As they deal with the theme of " fair Europe " , they will turn their attention to the European Community and ask questions , seek change and be themselves involved in the design of a common Europe . The participating young Germans at the festival will get information on European and global mobility opportunities . You will be able to orient themselves better in the current oversupply and the benefits of the funded programs such as Erasmus + . Through joint activities in the workshops, they can experience more about the program and the experience gained in direct action with European volunteers .
