“Volunteering 4 HRE” will bring together 27 participants from 9 different European organizations from EU and SEE countries,, from 24-38 August 2012 in Albania.Volunteering 4 HRE is a 7 day training course which aims to develop the skills of youth workers how to recruit, work and deal with local and European volunteers in organization, to support volunteers in developing different practical activities using human rights education with their target groups by promoting inclusion. The project aims to combine human rights education and inclusion topic with concept of volunteerism; how to engage youngsters to be active citizens, how to create and implement new initiatives together with other youngsters who are disadvantaged in our societies. our objectives are:- To train 27 youth workers who are working with young people with fewer opportunities (socio-economic, educational, cultural, religious, geographical, disability, sexual orientation and of both genders backgrounds) how to recruit, manage and dealing with volunteers; - To provide new practical tools for youth workers while implementing project in promotion of human rights education and inclusion - To find commonalities and share best practices how to combine local and European volunteerism (EVS) using non formal education methods- To provide information about Youth in Action programme and especially about Action 2 EVS and create future cooperation among partners organizations- To bring together people from EU and SEE countries to share and exchange experiences, opinions & values.The designed program will be implemented using the non formal education, as a most suitable way of learning for young people and that promotes safe environment of education through use on own experience and enrichment by tools and resources. different methods are to be use from the team of trainers, such as: role plays, simulations, dicussions, fish bowl, small and big group work, buzz groups, theoretical input, etc.
