The Cordoba`s Platform of Volunteering wanted to carry out this project to enrich the support and vision of a volunteer from a different country, which has brought different perspectives to work with the volunteers performed daily in the Platform of Volunteering . This work has also served to improve the services offered to associations and people who want to be volunteers. Especially interesting was the impulse of the EVS program and the Erasmus Plus in the province of Cordoba, thanks to the support of European volunteer. Platform opted for a European voluntary could support the daily work in a very positive way and encourage other young volunteers, and indeed it has. The project objectives were: - Promote local volunteering and European voluntary service among the youth of the province of Cordoba. - Facilitate networking among volunteers. - Establish other views on volunteering in the Córdoba´s Platform of Volunteering. - Improve the daily work with the support of a European volunteer. This project was carried out between the months of October to May. One of the activities that impact has been the information and training sessions in which the European volunteer has participated. Thanks to her work, 3 young from Cordoba have been involved in the European Voluntary Service. However, there were many more people who are interested and which were given the program information and specific training to prepare the motivational letter, the Europass, how to search the entities of interest in the database, how prepare an interview in English, etc. Thanks to the work of European volunteer,more than 80 young people have received information about Erasmus Plus and EVS.
