In the current project request for 4 voilunteers to host in two projects of the Bages County. Three volunteers are for AMPANS project in order to support educators who work with people with intellectual disabilities.A volunteer for the project Bages County Council to supporting educators in the dining schedule in schools.In all cases we has treat young people with sensitivity to the group with which they will collaborate and, with minimal knowledge of the Spanish language.The activities will be carried out in different areas. So in the case of AMPANS project to place volunteers in three different areas: in a children's home, one adult home and an occupational workshop.In the case of voluntary Bages Council it is to be located in the school environment.The methodology used in both will be cooperative giving prominence to volunteers and promoting the involvement of these projects with their contributions. The objectives we pursue are: improve the basic skills of young participants ; integration of group with social disadvantaged , promoting multiculturalism and multilingualism; foster teamwork and learning the structures...The framework allows both EVS host entities as the coordinator work in an intercultural environment that facilitates the opening of these structures to new working methods. The local community also receives the impact of the program through informal contact with European volunteers. This contact facilitates the promotion towards a more open society with the progressive increase in flows iinterchange.
