Start date: Jun 1, 2015, End date: May 31, 2017 PROJECT  FINISHED

The Educational Project of Profitecla Vocational School is based on a training model focused on the student and monitoring his personal project. It favors a critical education that provides the interpretation of reality, rather than the mere recording of ephemeral knowledge. Right now we are seriously committed to the internationalization of our educational project, which does not end on the idea of the development and implementation of projects financed by the European Union. Develops this idea and implements it in different ways such as : the school organizes trips to European companies, leaders in their industry and which are related with the training areas of the school; also organizes visits to fairs and international exhibitions, allowing students to observe and contact with the most innovative ways of doing and acting in different areas of activity related to their courses; Promotes and encourages internships in companies in the European and Lusophone Africa space, and receives in his bosom students from these countries. This is the background of the teaching professional Profitecla-School project / Ensiprof Ltd, whose experience in European Projects and Mobility dates back to 1993. This is why cooperation with the business world in the international dimension is consistent with the vocation of vocational education and makes us more determined to instill in students, staff, leaders and teachers, the assumption that the learning processes are increasingly diverse and constantly changing, so the professional autonomy and the ability to innovate, are part of the requirements to promote and develop the educational spaces. We believe that the Erasmus + innovation projects, at the school in a much broader perspective and give chance to many education professionals, who were not used to get out of their comfort zone, to confront with the opportunity now given them, to leave their countries and face the unknown, and experiment unforgettable experiences. They will also have the opportunity to become familiar with other forms of work at school, communicate in one of the languages of Europe, to improve their training as citizens in the European workspace, strengthening citizen's awareness of Europe to which we all belong. Sometimes it can even open windows of opportunity, for those who want to work in another country, even for a short period of time. Aware of the need for young people and adults to contact with new experiences, the Ensiprof presents this application form and intend that this kind of projects can help to reduce unemployment of young students, contributes against school abandon and increases their skills matching with the new labor market increasingly globalized (European area). The participation in these projects requires that the beneficiaries communicate in a different language, which increases their ability to communicate and adapt to permanent changes that arise in the different professional contexts. Nowadays, talk foreign languages(two or even three different languages) is essential for most of all the professions that young people of this generation will have access.
