We executed the ?Vissza a földekre!? 8-day project between 19.04.2015 and 26.04.2015 in Noszvaj-Várkút (Heves county) together 30 young people and 6 people mentors. The 30 young people came from disadvantaged areas, Romania, Serbia and Hungary. We paid attenion to genre ratio, that this should be harmonious for each participating organization. We worked together during the exchange program continuously. We strenghtened the competences with different informal and non-formal learning methods, to reach the main objectives. Our objective was to explore and find solutions to a problem. The young people shouldn't leave the countryside and they should find a possibility in agriculture. The important statement was that the agriculture provides a good chance to break out. During the projekt we tried to contribute to the young people can notice the opportunities of their areas and can recognize that they are the important people of the countryside. During the program the image strenghtened further. The image, that the movement and the country life may be popular in that case if people who live there develop their community properly. The visit of good examples contributed to the participants can see through their possibilities, utilise them successfully and pass them on to others.
