Activities: 1. Preparation 2. Virtual Classroom Training at abroad 3. Implementations of learning outcomes in daily activities Expected results: 1. Increased capacity to operate at EU level (Improved management skills and internationalisation strategies, allocation of butget for EU projects, increased quality in the preparation, implementation, monitoring of EU projects. 2. Innovative and improved way of operating towards gifted and talented children (More satisfaction of children needs, improved teaching skills of teachers, improved processes of recognition and validation of competences gained during learning periods abroad, working improved methods with gifted and talented children. 3.
