Pollitistiko Ergastiri has been using music, dance and theatre as a tool for socializing and promoting human rights values to young people since its creation. Already Politistiko has implemented an international Youth exchange in 2013, a local one in 2014, another international one in 2015 and in addition a training for youthworkers called "Vibes of Life". It has also applied and implemented a Youth exchange under the name of "Vibes of Life in Slovenia". The title of "Vibes of Life" after the implementation of 5 activities is designed with a particular structure, content and learning process which enhances the direct and active implication of young persons in an intensive learning process challenging them in participating in artistic workshops. The experience and excellent results of the Vibes of Life Youth Exchange has lead us to the planning of the current proposal as well, wishing to continue the quality work experienced. The proposal consists of preliminary visit that will be used to train the youth workers in taking a decisive and active role in the process of the participants learning. The APV will support the process of the Youth exchange in order to achieve a high quality learning process. The same process will be repeated in both 2016 and 2017 since we are supported by the Cultural Capital Pahos 2017 . The youth exchange has been dealt with as a learning experience for young participants with a clear plan of a learning process. Reflection groups, evaluations in each day, learning goals, peer to peer support and mobilization of the young participants active participation, creativity and challenge. The experience gained has lead us to decide to use the practical experience as a platform for training youthworkers in a real life context. It has been noticed that the role of the youthworkers within a youth exchange is demanding and if not supported or trained then they have a difficulty in leading their youths to process their learning experiences. An important element that has lead us to apply for both Activities in 2016 and 2017, is the connection and support by the Cultural Capital of Europe 2017 PAPHOS 2017. The event takes place in this town and has been appreciated by the cultural authorities and municiaplity. Paphos 2017 has proposed to host "Vibes of Life "Youth Exchange in 2016 and 2017 offering dissemination and promotion both in Cyprus and Europe.
