Integrated education and training have need of core competence and core methodology. The objective of this project is therefore the promotion of the continuous training of the target groups, thus improving the service and the system itself. Related activities are the systemic definition through a semantic analysis and description referred to the different national contexts and the identification of a flexible and customizing training path through development of training units. Core Methodology objectives are the development of a set of tools aimed at the different targets and the promotion of collaboration in the target sector. Target groups of this project are the professionals with experience in coordinating and tutoring training projects or in development of these activities. Secondary target groups are the stakeholders, e.g. students/trainees, VET bodies, enterprises, social partners and political decision makers, all of them also potential users. Results of this project consist in: (1) A Manual including the methodology and training standard, (2) a report on the methodology “Collaborative learning”, (3) a Virtual Kit, including guidebooks, (4) seminars, (5) website, etc., Most of the results will be available in EN/IT, the website also in partner languages. Valorisation will be done by the website, Meetings, PR and Press conferences, workshops, virtual round table. The impact for the primary target groups consists in availability of instruments and guides for improvement of their work in an European context. For the secondary target groups the added value of this project will be the higher standard of VET services and more economic resources placement.
