The Friedrich-Engels Secondary School distinguishes itself for its bilingual education in Spanish, a long running offer, as well as in English which has been running now for the last four years and is becoming increasingly popular. In order to be able to meet the growing demand the school needs to engage in a training program which will allow our teachers and trainees to offer a bilingual education. Our school already attracts a culturaly heterogeneous group interested in other cultures. This exchange will give us the opportunity to, on the one hand, bring different cultures closer and together and ,on the other hand, to refresh and acquire new teaching methods. Having teachers interested and actively taking part in these projects can only result in motivating and more interesting lessons for our students. The project will support the linguistic concept of the school, which is the school's hallmark, and facilitate the consolidation of contacts for possible future school exchanges and trips. The etwinning can be introduced into the school program and be installed as a new means of communication which will be supported by further internal training. In general, the new acquired knowledge would also support our afternoon remedial lessons which would be accordingly evaluated after a certain period to time.
