Our school has in addition to working with the students of the primary school also focus on working with students. As a training school of the University of Education in Baden many students complete their practical lessons at our school. Therefore, our school requires well-trained practice teachers who work on their skills. This includes the knowledge of foreign language didactics. These are now to be extended as part of the training courses. Therefore, 2 teachers from our school to get to know new methods in the context of an international language course for language transmission, new materials and activities to develop and expand their classroom management skills. These will be passed after the training courses as part of internal school training to all teachers. By working closely with the College of Education, we are able to make a lot of students to achieve (multiplier effect).The learned inputs can be used by students in future jobs / schools. Furthermore, a concept for the implementation of a voluntary English clubs will be developed in the afternoon, to assist the students in expanding their language skills in English. In this course the pupils should be given the opportunity to contact with other European schools and to build English communication skills in the language. This will help them in foreign languages to develop and give the a good start in the secondary school. The classroom and school development is to be so influenced positively and European cooperation be established.
