The motivation for this project is to expand the foreign language skills of our teaching staff.The project involves 2 teachers from our school.Within the framework of the mobility project Erasmus + Mrs. Hirschmann Malle, Fachvorständin of our school, supervises and organises exchange programmes for students, who wish to complete their compulsory internship abroad. In this respect their English skills are very important. (Telephone conversations and correspondence with partner organisations).The second person participating in the project is a colleague who teaches foreign languages at our school.Participants will attend an intensive language course in England and will stay with families in order to gain an insight into the lifestyle of this country.The organization of this scheme will be carried out autonomously by the participants.The foreign language skills, acquired by the educational staff by participating in this project, will be integrated into teaching and classroom practice.The participation in this project will make it possible to use English as language of instruction in various subjects at our school.This language project gains particular importance in terms of practical instruction in hospitality education (Conversation in the restaurant).We hope by participating in this scheme, our students will be encouraged to complete their compulsory internship in English-speaking countries.
