Aim of the Mobility project is to develop the skills and know-how of online teachers in Kulkuri online school by job shadowing activities. The target organisations are the similar European online schools, such as D- Teach in Belgium and Sofia Distans in Sweden. In Finland, there are no other similar distance and online schools as Kulkuri, so the mobility project is a unique opportunity for our staff to explore other similar educational institutions and their practices, pedagogical and technical solutions, as well as administration and finance. We are applying for a grant for - three online teachers - the head of school (a total of 4 persons) for a three day job shadowing activities in European online schools (2015 - 2016) . The long term aim of the mobility project is to establish a partnership network in which we can share experience and good practice among the teachers and other staff of the similar online schools in Europe. BETT is the world's leading learning technology event taking place at Excel London. It offers a large exhibition of educational technology and a wide range of side events , such as workshops and school visits . Participation in an international event in which you can explore the latest innovations and trends as well as international network, is vital in developing the Online School Kulkuri and the staff skills. The aim of the mobility project is to upgrade the staff skills (online teachers and the school manager ). We are applying for a grant for - the three online teachers - the head of school (a total of 4 persons) to participate in BETT 2015.
