The project stems from the need to train teachers who will be teaching their subjects in a foreign language both in the Language High School and in the Scientific and Human Sciences . In addition, the Headmaster of the Institute wants to observe and study an on-site school system in a European country , coming to know of any good management practices and innovative methods , especially in the field of foreign language teaching , which may be borrowed in our Institute . The objectives of the project are essentially the following: improvement of language skills of the participants, the improvement of methodological expertise , innovation in teaching , efficient cooperation with European partners , improvement of cultural and intercultural skills . There are 12 mobility , one of the Headmaster in Job shadowing while others are structured courses and will be made in two weeks by teachers of music, mathematics,P.E., science and ICT. The courses will be differentiated by the personal linguistic level owned and will have a dual purpose , linguistic and methodological , with particular emphasis on the Clil approach . The monitoring and evaluation of the improvements obtained by the trainees will be provided by the school abroad but a final evaluation of the activities will be made to return to school after a period of putting into practice the methods learned . The impact is expected that the project will have on the establishment school will cover the improvement of language skills , methodological and didactic , the acquisition of a high cultural and intercultural competence , a better understanding of the functioning of the education system and the possibilities of its improvement , improvement of cooperation in partnerships and the acquisition of a better European perspective and the creation of an high-profile international institution. You will have an immediate positive impact in classes where teachers will be able to manage a Clil lesson but later it will expand due to the dissemination of good practices and results that will facilitate the acquisition of a European dimension to whole institute.
