Project is initiated by Panevezys Trading and Service Business School. Title of project "Entrepreneurship and creativity skills development using EU experience". Duration of the project 01.08.2016.-30.09.2017.The aim of the project for personal is to improve teachers trainers qualification in training of entrepreneurship, to adopt experience of foreign countries, to seak to develop a creative person who is ready for profession, and determined to adapt to changes of the labour market.The aim for students - acquire new professional skills and entrepreneurial competencies, studing in creativity working places , working in an intercultural environment.For this purpose will be organised mobilities to Check Republic, Spain and Austria. The aim group is teachers trainers and staf responsible for organisation of vocational training at Panevezys Trading and Business Service School, Klaipėda Tourism School, Birzai Technological and Business Centre.Project partners: -Hotelová škola Vincenze Priessnitze a Obchodní akademie Jeseník, Čekija; -BVÖ Bildungsberatung & Vermittlungsagentur GmbH, Austrija; -Sistema Practices s.l. (ESMOVIA), Ispanija; Duration of the mobilitues: 4 weeks for students, 1 week for personal.Visit of teachers trainers and staf will be recognised as improvement of qualification- entrepreneurship competence acguired in vocational training. The results of the project recommendations to prepare module "Entrepreneurship education" will be prepared for different professions (in cooperation with partners).The results of the project will have impact and benefit for all partners in a long term perspective. It is very important to develop entrepreneurial thinking in order to seak the growth of economy, for sustainable local and regional development and social cohesion. Creativity, iniciative and entrepreneurship will help for young people to foster their capacities for creative thinking, install inovations, to take iniciative and develop flexibility and self-confidence to reach results. Participants will gave "Europass" mobility documents.
