Improvement of foreign language skills, as well as the methodology and didactics of teaching English The project aims to increase the foreign language competence of the teaching staff as well as to gain intercultural experiences to introduce the European dimension in education. We send a teacher for a two week training course abroad to improve their own competence in foreign languages as well as the lasting improvement of the quality of English teaching particularly for the students with special needs . We hope that the experiences made an impact on other teachers and encourage them to take an interest in teacher training abroad, to contact schools and to start international projects.
