The project implements common social actions of catholic institutions in the border area RO - HU, to strengthen social cohesion. For twelve months, 94 advisers (i.e. doctors, psychologists, teachers, social workers, etc.), received a general training consisting of 6 thematic courses to life skills used in education for children, young people and families, held by 11 trainers. As it is necessary that the advisers themselves are able to form the skills for working with groups and to develop a positive attitude toward social values, they practiced skills in real work with distinct groups: 440 young people, 120 engaged couples, 180 families. These activities have been organized on both sides of the border, and the distribution of advisors/multipliers was made cross-border , in order to encourage the exchange of experiences and cooperation. Aiming the professional and personal development of the multipliers, three assessment and feedback activities took place.Direct beneficiaries of the project are: 94 advisers (i.e. doctor, psychologist, social worker, etc.) out of which 54 from Romania and 40 from Hungary ; 440 high school youth aged 14 to 18 years, from both countries; 60 engaged couples, 40 from Romania and 20 from; 420 families, of which 110 families from Romania and 310 families from Hyngary (130-180 from Nyiregyháza and Debrecen).The indirect beneficiaries of the project are: the local communities in Satu Mare, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg and Hajdu Bihar; school inspectorates and seven high schools, (five in Romania and two in Hungary ); relatives and families of target groups; economic operators of adjacent border counties; four cooperating NGOs and two collaborating youth organizations.Target area: NUTS II: North Great Plain Region, North Western Union; NUTS III: Szabolcs-Szatmar – Bereg county, Nyiregyhaza city; Hajdu Bihor county, Debrecen city; Satu Mare county, Satu Mare city
